The Archetype
Her generosity is real, but it was never unconditional — you still have to actually arrive to receive it. Jung's mature anima looks exactly like this: open, but on her own settled terms, not because she lacks walls but because she's chosen where the gate is. William Morris held his own hospitality the same way, lavish toward whoever showed real interest in the work, indifferent to whoever just wanted the appearance of belonging. Scale the wall properly. It's worth the climb.
