Les Étoiles
The Quatrain
Ciel, la brillante étoile Un grand bonheur te dévoile. Mais à travers un nuage, Grand chagrin elle présage.
The star is a bright promise—unless clouded. Hope remains real, but its clarity depends on what surrounds it.
The Archetype
A bright promise, genuinely real, but its clarity depends on what surrounds it. Jung took hope seriously as a psychic force, but never pretended it operated independent of context — the same star reads differently through a clear sky than a clouded one.
A Practice For Today
Notice what's actually surrounding your hope today — the real conditions, not just the wish — and adjust your expectations honestly.
