Move from the conscious mind into the body. Let go of rumination and simply be — breathe into the joyous sway of consciousness and become aware of the miracle of your existence. Appreciate life as it is, not as you wish it were. Watch, don't carry the weight. Let fear or resistance flow through you like a river.
